Edgemaster 76

Autobond offers a wide range of dedicated encapsulators in addition to a new range of multifunctional thin film laminators with high speed thick film and encapsulating capability.  The Edgemaster 76 is a dedicated two sided, high speed thick film flush cut, and encapsulating machine, designed specifically for large run dedicated two sided 3,5, and 10 mil work. The Autobond Multi 76 TPE-H-CC is a B1+ (29.5” x 41.73”) max format, dual function one and two sided thin film thermal laminator (1-1.7 mil), with capability of running 1.7, 3, 5, and 10 mil flush cut and encapsulation work.   • Film-mounted on quick-change inflatable air-shafts which are micro-adjustable laterally
  • Side slitters and edge trim removal
  • Pneumatic clutch ensures precise film tension
  • Digital temperature control up to 140°C (284°F)
  • 4 x ambient air blast fans, two on top and two on bottom and 2 x 300mm (12”) diameter water filled chill rollers

Cross Cutter

  • Servo driven flying knife for separation of film
  • Accurate for a single cut for flush work or double cut for tab work
  • Delivery onto a shingle table for collection in a vibrating jogger table
