allow two sided laminating, with a chill roller to cool the product

sheet and opens four pneumatic joggers whilst activating three under
sheet air blasts to float the sheet across the pile.
· Slow down drop wheels and the pneumatic joggers position
the sheet on the pile.
· An in-line system for production of laminated magnet products
such as business cards and fridge magnets.
· Additional mandrel mount for reel feed SRA3 (12 1/2"
x 17 3/8") sized PSA magnet material and additional pneumatic
clutch fitted to bottom airshaft to rewind release liner backing
paper from magnet reel.
· Siemens sinamic & simotion electronics, incorporating
a remote diagnostics facility via an Ethernet broadband connection
& wireless webcam and mobile Skype phone.
